Welcome to 2013 Lego Robotics at Gordon East Public School

Dear All,

Welcome back to another wonderful year of Lego Robotics at Gordon East Public School.

This year promises to be even bigger and better than last year.  Most children now have a year of experience with Robotics under their belt, the equipment and supplies are all there so THE SKY IS OUR LIMIT.  Ms Jen Simmonds our wonderful Principal has generously purchased another 27 NXT robots for stage 3 to use.  This is very exciting as it means all pairs of students in Years 5 and 6  have their own robots to work on for the year.    At the end of last year Ms Simmonds also  purchased more kits for stages 1 and 2 so the range and scope of the work the children can carry out has gone from amazing to phenomenal.  I t is lovely seeing all the children’s’ keen expectant faces ready for the challenges in the Lego robotics classroom that lie ahead.   ………SO WATCH THIS SPACE  BECAUSE WE ARE OFF AND RUNNING>>>>>
